Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
At Low Impact Club, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
If you are a consumer purchasing from Germany or another European Union country, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@lowimpactclub.co with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also use the statutory withdrawal form where applicable.
You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Please do not send items back before contacting us for return instructions.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care. You may inspect the items as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised for them. Standard designs printed on demand are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are made after an order is placed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided this has been communicated before the purchase.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us. We will handle the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including any applicable requirements concerning return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
When you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and generally within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and this does not incur additional costs for you.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@lowimpactclub.co and include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Your statutory consumer rights and legal guarantee rights are not limited by this policy.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and do not replace or limit your statutory rights to withdraw from a purchase or remedies for defective goods.
7. Final Sale Items
Any “final sale” designation does not remove statutory consumer rights. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by applicable law, including qualifying goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.

9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will apply subject to applicable law and will not remove consumer rights that apply to purchases already made.
