Low Impact Club offers apparel and other products featuring our designs. Many items are produced on demand after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions, sizes and details accurately. Actual colours may vary depending on your screen and device settings.
Please check the size guide and product description before placing your order.
The fact that a product is printed on demand does not, by itself, remove any statutory consumer rights.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, unless stated otherwise.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable or there is a material pricing or technical error, we will contact you and refund any payment received for an order we cannot fulfil.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Prices and Payment
Product prices and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Applicable taxes will be shown as required by law. The total price payable will be presented before you place your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may change product prices for future purchases. Any change will not alter the price of an order already concluded, except where permitted by law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and delivery costs will be displayed during checkout or in our shipping policy.
Some products are made to order, and production time may apply before dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If a delivery is delayed, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law.
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Returns, Withdrawal and Legal Guarantees
Consumers purchasing online in Germany and other applicable European Union countries generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.
Some goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from this right under applicable law. Standard apparel printed on demand is not automatically excluded solely because it is made after purchase.
Consumers also retain their applicable statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. These rights are separate from the right of withdrawal.
